As far as I know, there is nothing in English for the red minibuses; recent editions of the pocket HK guide show them only in Chinese. However, as there are only a dozen major interchanges for them, you only need to learn to recognize a couple of dozen Chinese characters to identify the right starting point/terminus on that map (they're marked in red).
