Like on a track ?, i.e. Motorcross ?.
Doubt you can ride it 'anywhere' you want and most probably needs to be on a track. I was at the track that was close to the border and pig farms; think they since moved because this was 5 years ago.
Great time though :) You could have your bike there for sure for a fee, at the time.

50cc is like a moped in Europe; do you need license nowadays for that (EU moped ?). Not being sarcastic. I thought you could only drive dirthbikes on the track anyway, private, so no license necessary since no public roads. Enduro bikes (maybee you call it something else) with indicators, basic light etc i know can be driven if registered and you need a license but never saw 50cc. Do you want to drive it on local roads in HK ?.
