Would like to buy a 30G ipod (with video and photos). Are there any places in HK where I can test my haggling skills or should I just go to the nearest Fortress or the Apple reseller in IFC?

Why not buy it from the online Apple store in HK? If you prefer buying it from a shop, check the prices on the online store first and make sure you're not paying more than what Apple is selling it for.
