Just wanted to know if anyone has this insurance and whether they have had any problems claiming for it. Several people I know say the maternity insurance is great, but wondered whether they have any gripes that I should be aware of before signing on the dotted line tomorrow....

I find that the claiming process can be a bit cumbersome and I have on some occasions preferred to not use them at all because of the hustle of getting into all that. Apart from that however, their plans are great!
