Is there an organisation / agency that deals with or provides local (Chinese) helpers? By that I don't mean Merry Maids or Sparkle Maids. I am looking for a local full-time helper. Does anything like this exist or is it all by word of mouth?

There is an outfit run by the government, which we use. I'm pretty sure this is the website, but as I can't read Chinese and my wife is out, I can't be certain! - At least you can see the phone number:
