help internet order

I ordered Manolo Blahniks on the internet from a Jan 11 and paid 900 US anyway I have never received the shoes and the company sent me an email with a mailing tracking number. I emailed the mail order tracking and no reply from the company or the so called mail company. Is there anything I can do? IF you get ripped of on the internet is there any agaency I can report them to? Can my visa investigate them or give me my money back? I actually called the company before I ordered and spoke to someone who was very help full and I though honest. I checked the web address today and they have removed my name and my order from there website, like it didn't exist. I saved all emails and receit so I still have some proof. I have ordered on the internet before I have never had a problem I just feel awlful. If someone could help me it would be great.

As you know AsiaXPAT has a payment gateway service on a few of our products which is powered by Worldpay. I gave them a call just now to ask them what course of action you can take in this case. What you need to do is contact your credit card company and you need to file a dispute with them. They will inform you on the steps you need to take to get your money back.

Thank you both. I just called my visa and I am going to fax my reciet and emails from the company and start up an investigation. I hope it works out!
