If you just want a wholesome coffee substitute (rather than specifically dandelion), you can get an organic one from Organic Living in Wanchai, though they don't always have it in stock:

They sell it in one of the health food stores on Wellington Street in Central.


I can't remember the name of the shop - it's on the left-hand-side of the street as you walk away from LKF towards the escalator.
