I am moving in to one of these apartments without an oven, which is really annoying as my current one has a great hot air oven. So I have to buy one I suppose. Does anyone know of a good - very good - electrical oven or if there is a hot air oven that isn't built in???

The Patsy House in Sai Kung sell ovens, I think they do one electrical one.

Or you could try Kingsway appliances in Aberdeen, they sell new and second hand household appliances, (although some of their 2nd hand stuff is quite expensive for real crap), but we brought a 2nd hand oven there 6 years ago and we're still using it.
