hii ladies ,
I am intending to go for a clitorialhood piercing. Can anyone advice ? Which is better -vertical or horizontal clitorial piercing ?

Sunny, it really depens on what you like and what kind of ring you want to wear. A verticle looks great with a ring and possitioned right the ball on the ring can sit just over the clitoris giving more stimulation. On the other hand a verticle has the option of a ring or a bar (straight or curved depending). In my experience more women have gone with the verticle with maybe a 3 - 1 ratio.
You do not have to have your clitoris checked before having a clitoris hood piercing. Its only worth checking if you are having the clitoris itself pierced. I always prefer to reccament the hood being done as apposed to the clitoris itself as the clitoris can loose sensation over time where as the hood does not have this effect.

Oh and for the others, a Price Albert is a piercing that goes through the urethra and out under the head of the penis.

The healing time is much the same with either verticle or horizontal.
A triangle is nice but i dont think it is ideal for a fresh piercing for healing and cleaning. It is a great alternative to change to though.
There are many variations to healing and piercing and I am only sharing from my experiences with my own clients over the years.

Sunny, one of the reasons i prefer the hood piercing is exactly this reason as you dont loose the sensitivity of the clitoris this way. However please keep in mind that tehre are exceptions to every rule and although I have never come accross this I cant rule out the possiblity for every individual. From what I have learned and from my experiences the simple answer is NO.

I really wouldn't risk it at all. When I took my vertical hood piercing out, the scar tissue forced the hood down over the clitoris permanently, and it has really affected my sex life badly.

ALthough i haven't had D-Man do my genitals, he has pireced my naval three times.
I had to take it out twice as i was prgnant each time, and he is a darling. Very clean and thorough and talks you through it to ease the nerves and the little pain.
