Hi! Does anyone know where I can find a notary in Beijing, somewhere in the Chaoyang, Dongcheng, or even Haidian districts? My attorney in the US is sending me some documents that I need to get notarized.

At the U.S. Consulate of course. Unfortunately they will charge you $30 per pop. Other than that, it's quite painless. Just be sure to carry your passport to get in.
