I have just had an absolutely harrowing dream about one of children and it is preying on my mind and i just cannot shift it.

Is there any 'real' explaination of dreams and do dreams mean anything?

You can get some really good answers from this site that I've used before.

I've had some horrible dreams about family and friends in the past and have realised that these dreams do not neccessarily mean something bad is going to happen.
