Hello. Deperate here for some help! I am moving to Hong Kong from New York with my family (husband and 2 baby sons) shortly and would like to get information on getting our home prepared. I need reliable, trustworthy, and very efficient help. Specifically:
-a good curtain/shade person/company. I need roller shades and some curtains installed for five rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and would need it done ASAP. My little ones need a dark room to sleep.
-a good wallpaper hanger (just need a simple trim hung and I will bring it with me)
Any references would be greatly appreciated. I would prefer to work with one source for the window treatments. Thank you!

If you do not mind to pay high prices, then go to the Queen east road. There are many shops there. I have floor to ceiling windows in my 4 rooms apartment and I received an estimate price (curtains and installation)for HKD 25,000. It was too expensive for me, so I went to Shenzhen and get custom made curtains there. However, in this case I have to pay a HK handy man to install (average HKD200 per curtain). In total it came to about 40% of the above quoted price.
