I used to use the i-care broadband but I apply for only 3 months and now the icare has close down and don't do broadband anymore, is there any other cheap one around with 12 months contract and cheap with 3M plans ?
are there any broadband still doing promotion ? or where can i find one that does promotion ?

Heard, New World telecom are doing fairly cheap broadband deals. $128/month for 1.5Mbs, $148/month for 3Mbs. I cannot remember the $$ for 6Mbs
They actually rent PCCWs network so
its very stable (but cannot get NOW TV though).
A few weeks ago, they were also offering their
own Voip pone service for $35/month.
