Banana Toffee Pie Recipe??

Any one have a good Banana toffee recipe?

Plus can you get blocks of toffee for cooking in Hong Kong? If not, any advice on making caramel/toffee without burning it.

The toffee is made using a tin of condensed milk (and boiling it - be very careful). Banoffee recipe in Jamie's Kitchen (Oliver) book too.

Yes klipper - google but this writer didnt know that it was actually called a banoffee pie. Banana and toffee pie returned no traditional banoffee recipes so in this instance was useless, especially the second listing - www.contactpakistan.com (western food). Google, although wonderful, is not always entirely helpful and this is a great site for hints from such a wide cross section.
