I can't sleep tonight because my husband, once again, refuse to be intimate with me. Can i file a separation on grounds of sexual incompatibility? Btw, i have 2 young children.

Not sexual incompatibility - try mental harassment.
But take your time, don't rush off and do something with at least getting advice or councelling.
Being responsible for two children and getting divorced away from your own country could add difficulties whereas getting divorced in your home country with a support order that can be enforced possibly through restraints on issuance of further passports (to him).

Daklak, tks for your advice. It really drives me up the wall sometimes... and i feel the need to do something, ie file separation, to get his immediate attention.
I'm afraid his further refusal to be intimate with me will eventually lead me to conduct adultery. And then what, it becomes my faulth and all the fingers will start pointing at me... while he is the cause of this whole thing...
