Where can I buy it?

It must be of good quality, not like AS SEEN ON TV -- I would be wary of cheap devices that promise a lot but don't really do much.

Are any of you using these units? Experiences?

I have no experience in this. But I'd always try FORTRESS (electrical appliance shop) , WING ON (department store) first
