Yes, One Gym at the entrance of Sai Kung on the left (Opposite Pepperoni). Adam offers some private tuition + Kickboxing ! Very good

There is a small government gym in Po Lam - where the library and swimming pool are (beside Metro City). It has all the cardio equipment and weight machines and free weights. It costs 13$ each time you go, which is the cheapest gym you can find!

One Gym is 1,000 per year and then you have some packages for Fitness and Kick Box. Don't know fitness but think it was around 300 per month. Kick is 100$ for 1.3 hour. Best is to go and have a look.
