I signed a contract of employment with a Shanghai based kindergarten and then after one week of working for the school met the mothers and children which I showed them around and made them feel very welcome.
That evening I had a phone call from the woman who I signed the contract with saying I had been dismissed from the school, due to complaints made against me by parents, against my teaching.
I had not taught and can any body advise me of the right way to seek an unfair dismissal action against the school?

I have asked and the answer was that the parents were not happy with my teaching. The fact that I didn't teach raises more questions.
The kindergarten wishes to open an international Montessori kindergarten and I met 2 English mothers who to my knowledge, got on very well with. A Singapore woman and 2 Chinese women. One of which was from Hong Kong.
There was one Norwegian woman who was not happy saying that there wasn't any kindergartens like this in her country.
