Hi,

could anyone recommend me a safe and clean place in KL to get a chinese tattoo. I want some chinese signs, so tattooist need to be chinese or at least able to read and write chinese signs.

I would really advise not going there. I went and had a tattoo done there last a year ago and although i didn't die the tattoo was shocking. they went too deep into the skin and it scarred. if you want to go somewhere professional go to the hairdressers they have a wicked tattoo artist.
