Does anyone know if there is any training for the property agent certificate in English - or how does one go about getting one?

It's easy to get the licence - just a course and an exam - but it's a tough world for an independent.

Years ago, before you needed a licence to be an agent here and before Brits needed visas, two friends (husband/wife, both experienced agents in the UK) came out and tried it here. After six months, neither of them had made a penny.
