anyone know where you can have permanent make-up done in hk?

Hi,

permanent make up can be used as an enhancement of your features, however it is extremely important to find a decent therapist. I had mine done around 4 years ago and it is fading away now, I'll probably have it redone soon.

Be warned though it is extremely painful and will take a day or so for swelling to go down. I went to a lady called Queenie, she is in North Point and her number is 25618338 or mobile 9015 2168. During the consultation she will show you some of her work before you have to decide.
