Due to the lack of man-slaves in my life, I'm bound to doing tasks I previously assigned to others. My question is : Where can I get a power drill or who can I get to do this for me? Any ideas how much a power drill costs?

Reclamation St - close to Mongkok - loads of bits and pieces that you need for doing bloke type stuff.
If you are planning to put up pics with your power drill you will need a hammer drill rather than an ordinairy drill to get through the cement on the walls. They range from about $150 (chinese brand) to about $800 (european brand) (as I have been told by the expert)

I just hired a handyman once to do - just had him hang things, drill, install conduit to hide my speaker cables, etc...
