THere are many shops near HKU on Bonham Street or Sai Ying Pun that have xerox services. Of course you need to shop around... Good luck.

Got a 300-something page eBook printed (double-sided) from CD and bound for around $150. Dropped it in one day and picked it up the next. Good quality.

Oops. Got my calculations wrong. It was 3 ebooks. One was 340 pages, the other two around 40 to 80 each (I'm guessing). Price was about $140 including three bindings - the biggest one cost about $10 to bind.
The place is LV Copy. I usually use the one at Causeway Centre in Wanchai and I find the weekday staff more clued in than the weekend ones.
According to a friend who works at the Uni, the one on Bonham Road has copying for at little as $0.09 but I've not tried that one.
