Actually there is a company in Man on Shan that sells car lifts. basic principal is that you install the lift on the street outside your apartment, and then drive your car next to the lift. Then you attach the reinforced straps to the axels and haul your car via a hydraulic lift onto your balcony. I think the website is www.Pak-mai-kah.com.hk
Obviously if you dont have a balcony, you will need to see if anyone can rent you one.

By the way, a friend of mine has just told me that he has a car space to rent!!!! What a COINCIDENCE! Its in Lamma, and is going for $300 per month. All you would have to do is to get to your car is take a taxi to Central Ferry Terminal (15 mins), then get the Ferry to Lamma Island. Perfect.
Although im not sure if you could drive it anywhere, as isnt Lamma pedestrianized?
But at least you could look at it, and pretend you have driven there for a picnic.
