Looking for diamod dealer (not a shop) in HK.
Someone that will be happy to deal sell to a private person. (probably small dealer).

I know someone. But it doesn't mean you'll be getting a better deal or a variety. Shops are the best way to go; they can always go away from the shop if you want a private viewing. (That sounded...nevermind)

I know excutly what i'm looking for. Just have to find the dealer that will give me the best price. Most shops in HK will give upto 20% discount very fast but still it is much higher then with a dealer. So i'm looking for a decent one.
