chicken rice and congee

Does anyone know where I can get:

1. Singapore-style chicken/rice, without bones and with clear broth as a side dish?

2. Chicken congee with no bones, and with lots of chicken meat and possibly an egg.

Anywhere in HK. Thanks.

I'm not that new here - 2 years - the bones affect taste and texture. I'm not all that keen on the turnip soup that comes with Hainan rice either. Just a matter of preference. I'd rather eat the other if someone can tell me where to buy it?

I haven't seen a Hainan Chicken rice (I assume that's the Singapore style?) without the bones. They usually serve whatever soup which available in their kitchen. Yes, I agree with CM. You can ask them to debone it before serving you.
