Dear All,
My divorce proceedings are almost final and I'm not sure how to pursue my maintenance payments (or rather lack of!). As my ex is self-employed and has a very unstable income, I have been receiving next to nothing in maintenance for the past few months and would appreciate any advice on what I can do to rectify the situation. I am also looking to make a will for the benefit of my two children. Any information or advice would be greatly received!!! Thx in advance!

This is a question, but if the proceedings are not yet final, is there possibly still time to amend the final divorce decree so that these issues and consequences are proactively addressed, so all (s)he needs to do at a later time is get a writ to enforce rather than have to sue all over again to establish the right?
