evening dress in 10 days?

Hi all,

I have just learnt that I have a big party coming. I am looking for a very smart long dress - with reasonnable price... within the next 10 days!


Nothing is impossible in HK! Should I go shopping or for tailoring? any address that you would recommand?

Depending where you are located/willing to travel.....


Pedder's Building in Central.

Sparkle Fashion on the 5/6 floor does a lot of formal wear and have a section for c*cktail dresses.


However if you are looking for something less dressie go down to the 4th floor. There is a store there called The Favour Company (when you come out of the lift it's on the left, unless you are on the very left lift then the store is practically in front of you, maybe a little left). It's the only store that is organised and have a lot of casual clothing. They've got lots of dresses there(business type dresses/summer/formal) most are $500 and under.That store has never failed me in the dress department. Worth taking a look.


Evelyn B fashions in LKF. On the pricier side but they've got tons of dressess. They are in the Grand Progress Building on LKF 7 and 8th Floor. Dresses on 8th floor. Building is in that strip across from where Bull Dogs and Va Bene are located.

just want to said THANK YOU I have found an amazing party dress - and it was so cheap (around $ 500 only) that I have also end up buying a cooktail dress!!! yes :)
