I'm moving to an apartment and I need to set up all utilities.

My estate agent has recommended to use PCCW for both brodband and telephone line because considered the most reliable.

Does anyone have different opinins? Can you recommend any plans (PCCW or not)?

Not all providers are available in all buildings. As you will almost certainly want Now TV (which is owned by PCCW), getting a PCCW bundle is no worse than anything else.
