I want to file a complain against a public hospital any organization that can help me do this. What are the procedures that I can follow? Do not want to go into detail cause my thread might be deleted but needs help ASAP. Thanks everyone.

The govt contacts are Dr Lam-Director of Health Tel: 2961 8888 and Dr Leung-Dep Director of Health Tel: 2961 8551 these numbers are listed on the Govt web page. Hope this helps.

If your ultimate aim is compensation, or if the matter is serious, maybe better to discuss with a lawyer before you send anything.
