I'm thinking about moving to Sai Kung, and I've heard that it's not possible to connect to Netvigator and/or Now broadband TV in some areas because they have run out of connections or some such (presumably the central exchanges can't cope). Can anyone confirm that this is the case?
Is it possible to ring up Netvigator/Now Broadband customer service and have them tell you whether a particular estate/village/house address can be hooked up? Both of these services are mandatory for us, so it would be important to find out before we signed a lease.

We live in Sai Kung and have both, yes I believe you can call, or better still email and check prior to making your decision.

If your using an agent to find a house, don't believe them if they tell you it's available! Check for your self. My agent told me that it was available in the area near Hong Kong Yacht Club (Not Hebe Haven) and when we moved in, guess what? PCCW says no go! After 6 months however, PCCW increased capacity and now we have both.
