Is there anywhere online that you can apply/set up the auto toll payment arrangement for the tunnels? I have searched but found nothing!

We asked the car dealer we bought the car from (a while ago) and he gave us forms to fill in - said he didn't think you could do it on line.

Of course, you can buy the tag at a petrol station and then complete the paper work. Other than, I don't know what else to suggest.
