I am English and my husband is Chinese we were married in the UK. Can we get divorced here in Hong Kong and how to go about it?

As long as you were married according to the laws of the UK (or any other country) you can get divorced in HK. You can either approach Legal Aid or find your own lawyer to get the process started.
