Slings for carrying baby

My sling is very comfortable and so easy to 'wear' baby when we go out. My husband wears it too somtimes. I prefer it to the Baby Bjorn as it is easy to get the baby in and out and move him from sitting to sleeping positions. It also gives me a lot of support as the fabric goes along my whole back and not just shoulders.


The only time I use the baby bjorn is in the taxi as it is safer.


I use a maya wrap pouch sling, and love it, but find it is a bit hot now. I am thinking of ordering a lighter weight sling from Taylor Made Slings.


Does anyone use a sling?


If so what brand/style?


Any comments on using it in HK/Asia?

I checked with them about a month ago, and they only had Maya Slings, I will ask again.


Do you wear a sling?


Which type do you find works best for you in hot weather?

I used a sling...light 100% cotton...which I will sell. My baby never liked being in one and preferred the bjorn so it's very new. Let me know if you're interested. I brought it from the States.

Crj: I've been using a few different carriers. I have a lightweight zolowear cotten ring sling that's very comfy to use. Unfortunately I am working so I hardly ever gets a chance to use it! :)
