I just noticed my daughter's lower teeth is missing one. (Cuspid). She only has 7 teeth on the bottom......should I be worried? She is 32 months old.
Her teeth are also quite big for primary teeth, they look as big as my adult permanent teeth. Anybody notice that with kids nowadays? Is this the trend?

you could go to a pediatric dentist at this point. Most docs recommend a first appointment around 3 years anyways, so you're just a bit ahead of the game.
In my family runs this problem called "ghost teeth" in which teeth just never grow in. I didn't have it as a child (I had all my baby teeth) but as an adult I never grew one tooth. Just NEVER grew in. My niece is missing 7 teeth. This is not to alarm you - just to say that it could be an indication of something. I think close to 3 years, your daughter should have at least one set of her molars in.
