Hi,

I recently moved to Shanghai and I am trying to find an Internet Service that is capable of providing a download speed of 2.0 Mbps and an upload speed of 350-500 kbps. I currently have the upgraded China Telecom internet and it is no where near this capability. I need this speed for internet phone service. Thanks for any replies.

Looks like this is the best that you will get. Internet in China is slow and expensive, Shanghai is one of the worse places. No real competition.
