They are probably referring to the Mainland-owned "all-premium" Xinshisu train. I don't think it's noticeably different from a premium class ticket on the KTT trains (premium class is very comfy). The other trains (not KTT or Xinshisu) are not really suitable for business use, even in first class. To see which type of train goes when and the fares:

From MidLevels, total travel time would be about 30-45 minutes less by train (depending how much margin of error you leave for the taxi to Hong Hum).



The bus leaves from CTS House at 78 Connaught Road Central (intersection with Wing Wo St, which is technically Sheung Wan) and then directly into Western Tunnel and away.
