Hi just wondering how much of milk to give my 14 mth old toddler, she is only taking in about 480 ml of milk and 3 square meal a day plus snacks like grapes, cheese, yourgart, tomatoes and some baby outmeal bars. What kind of milk will be best any recommendation I am still giving her Nan Ha 2.

Full fat milk for under 2's, 480ml's sounds enough if she's having yoghurt, cheese etc.

Generally a child older than 1 yr can already be fed by regular cow's milk. The recommended calcium intake between 1 & 3 year old is 500mg. Thus at least 2 cups a day is more promising for calcium intake. 480ml full strength of NAN 2 provided ~320mg calcium. Yogurt is also a good source of calcium.

My 12 month old is also still taking Nan Ha 2 - about 16 ounces. But I'm a little weary about what cheeses to give her. I would love to try some cheeses for her.
I'm worried I'm not giving her enough nutrition
Any recommendation would be appreciated.
