Pram & highchair strap protectors?

Can anyone tell me if there is such a thing as Pram & highchair strap protectors?. I'm looking for something like the lambswool seatbelt protectors. my bubs finds the straps uncomfortable and i would like to put some sort of covering over the straps so that don't irritate her skin. I'd prefer not to have lambs wool as we live in S'pore thought i'd ask before i went out to buy fabric and a needle and thread!

I've seen some people using the fridge door handle protectors and used it the same way with high chair and pram straps. You may need to do a bit of adjusting (to tighten them) so don't keep your thread and needle just yet!
