i guess i have my brother e-mailing me episodes at the mo and it doesn't work well- maybe i need to get out more!!!! ha ha

But sometimes BBC Prime repeats quite a few shows, which is a shame. However, it might be better than nothing?

you can download UK TV from UKnova.com IT uses Bit torrent software. They normally have TV abot 24 hours after its been on in the Uk. There are copyright issues but for programmes that have been on free to air TV you are proabably OK
