Email nightmare

What do you do when your domain name keeps getting blacklisted as a spam host?

I am looking for a trustworthy techie to assist in the sorting out of receiving and sending emails.

Some emails are getting to me others are bouncing back to sender. There seems to be no logic.

The current status is not good for business.

Can anyone help or recommend anyone?

Being automatically defined by hotmail/Norton your domain as spam mail is common ..... It is up to receiver define the spam folder.

Check Outlook Express message settings for incoming messages ....

Hi thanks for all feedback. I emailed your support team as recommended - thanks Ed & Peter.

Mycalho all my spam settings for receiving email are set on low as to not lose any wanted mail. I am not operating hotmail accounts. My problem is in receiving not sending.

So, some of the e-mails that you should receive are getting bounced back? If it's the same senders every time, it sounds like their domain names have been blacklisted.

Or do e-mails from the same sender get through some times and not other times? In that case, it sounds like the mail server is either faulty or has some wierd spam filtering rules that look at factors other than the source domain. In either case, a chat with whoever runs your mail server is in order.

Not sure to understand: Do you have a problem to send or to receive emails? Because receivers are nearly never blacklisted. To understand the issue the best way it to check the header of the bounced back emails. You can also check the log file of your email server if you have access to it. I am a computer security guy, I can help for free for such simple issue
