Just returned from British Columbia and would settle in HK for good. Could anyone suggest a tough divorce lawyer here in HK to vary and enforce the court orders (child support and family assets) I have obtained from Canada? My case has been heavily contested in the BC court.

I used Weir and Associates Ms. Cheonghar Wong. Tel : 2526-1767.

They are a HK firm with Canadian partners. Cheonghar is excellent.

Thanks Nickjack. Is she a heavy bomber? I hate to put myself in confrontation with my ex but I would be subject to harrassment and unneccessary court actions if my lawyer is too lenient.
