Where in the NT are you - there are a couple of places in Sai kung who do pick ups and drop offs. not sure of their range though. Tai po there would be a pick up service.

Almost every small local laundry offers a free local pick-up service for washing/drying at HK$3 per pound, usually with a minimum of HK$24 per bag - as long as you're within walking distance. I can check the name of ours ... it has branches everywhere.

Ours is called Quality... but, when my wife called our local one a few minutes ago to ask about this, she learned that the Quality franchise is very loose... every branch has its own management/policy about delivery etc. It just happens that there are a lot of laundries in our area, so as soon as a couple of them started doing home delivery, they all had to follow suit or go bankrupt.
So Quality might be worth a try - but apologies if I gave you false hope! If your building has security, the guards might be able to point you in the right direction (or even have relatives who wouldn't mind making a few extra dollars each day...).
