I think good-quality, reasonably-priced vintage is definitely in shortage here!

Oh, and stylish jeans in decent sizes that are long enough to fit!

You're welcome! I think anything from 24-34/36 is decent. As long as your largest size isn't a 28 (as with a lot of shops in HK) =)

what I really miss are the high street stores like Next, River Island, Oasis. I think most luxury brands are here already.

Good quality self tanning lotion and bronzing powder would be much appreciated instead of all these dreadful Dracula-esque whitening powders and creams.

What's needed is a store for 'normal' size people, say up to at least a 16 with reasonably priced clothes that are trendy, elegant, classic and sexy not stuff that makes you look like your Gran or the local bag lady.

Agree with Chiriqui - i so miss Next, River Island, Top Shop, Monsoon and shop like a mad woman whenever i am back there.

Also bras at larger sizes, anyhting over a C cup here doesn't get a look in so please bring in the D+ cups.

And fianlly, don't charge an arm and a leg for delivery.

I also miss high street shops esp. Gap and Karen Millen, there is nothing similar out here. Also miss Accessorize - it has all the latest fashions and is reasonably priced.

If you can source from downunder Portmans, Cue, Max and Sportsgirl would go down a treat but anything that fits me would be a great start. I havn't bought a thing since arriving because trying on things that don't fit over my hips or chest is depressing and I'm not really that big 10-12 and a C. And a definate yes to the bronzing powders - I find it too humid to wear makeup and keep getting my mum to send bronzing powder because I could only find whitening stuff here. Good luck - I'll come take a look - when do you open?

Kookai (but from Australia) would be a real hit too.. not just for expats only. I didn't know one asian girl from melb or sydney who had at least 5 Kookai tops. Kookai in HK has a different style.

There is also another store from London ( & Europe) that i LOVE - Massimo Dutti.. love it love it love it

Top Shop, H&M are sorely missed. A good website to check out current UK trends is www.asos.co.uk

Definitely 'Cue' from Aus would be great. Topshop, Miss Selfridge, Oasis etc...would be fantastic.

will you stock some large size shoulderless bra or hidden shoulder bra. e.g. 48B or 50B UK sizes. When I went to London, I can't find my sizes because all cups are so deep and big because I am a chinese fat lady. Thank you.

Miss H&M and New Look, went shopping today and just couldn't find anything simple, everything had lace, frills, flowers, oh and decent shoes too, shoes from places like Dolcis & Faith.

There was an article in the New York Times that said they were opening a huge Topshop in NYC next year... If only we could have one here in HK too! In fact, anyone who could manage to get all the English high-street brands into HK under one roof would have my lifetime custom... and respect. Definite gap in the market for any entrepreneurial ladies!
