how much weight can i loose (and how quickly will i loose it), if I starve myself and exercise everyday. By starve, I mean less than 100 cal/day.

How can anyone predict such a thing for you? You could see a doctor to help you manage your weight properly.

Healthy eating in smaller portions and daily exercise will do the trick. Do not under any circumstances try anything else.
You will be surprised just how quickly you will loose the weight.

It's highly unlikely that I will die within 2 months from doing this... anorexics live for years on similar behaviours.... no? And I need to loose it faster rather than slower, hence the "drastic" methods...

what are you trying to prove? I remember your previous post about how you are embracing your eating disorder since you can't beat it. Why not embrace yourself and learn to love yourself as you are. Do what youc an to control your weight. Not to the extent that it damages your health. That is not being kind to yourself.
And I gather Berrypicker's diet pills did not work?
I used to be almost anorexic when I was in my early teens (up to 14). After I got over things, I realised the folly of it all. And it is actually quite a hopelessly pathetic thing to do.
We all want to look good. But at the expense of your own health? No way. Think about reproductive failure, osteoporosis, constipation,sallow skin and scraggly hair.
Plus constant dieting is a turn-off for colleagues and friends when socialising, esp in Asia.

There was some similar post earlier on this. I suggested http://www.income.coop/diet/ which seems to work for many that I knew when I was in Singapore. I did ONCE for detox as to support friends who were in the program to loose pounds/kgs

you are right that I am young, but a laxative diet is not what I'm looking for... i think that starvation and exercies will be ok for a couple months- nothing serious, I can bounce back.

Lexus 22 are you listening to yourself. You've got to be kidding, starving yourself and doing exercise for a couple of months and thinking you will bounce back? You probably will bounce back, heavier than you were to begin with. Please don't be so silly to think that will work.

No Way!! if you starved yourself, definitely you will not have the energy to stand up. Let alone doing exercise.
Now, listen in order to loose weight, you have to disciplined and motivate yourself. You need to plan your exercise routine starting from 20-30 mins a day. Doing cardio and weights, reason being the human body needs to build some muscle in order to get rid of the unwanted body fats.
Gradually when you have build up the stamina, you can extend the exercise time. All these alone of course it's not complete unless your diet contain sufficient protein and good carb, fiber and other minerals that our body needs like oatmeal, lean meat, fish, nuts, grains, fruits and vegs. Not forgetting water as well!
Try to eat smaller portions but more frequently.
I, myself went through this....but believed me, it takes many months to achieved my ideal body weight!

Starvation is not the answer. Your body figures it out and holds on to every morsel that comes its way. 100cal is not even a yoghurt a day, with only that much energy you won't be able to stand up let alone do any exercise your body needs over 1,000 just to breathe. i checked out that link... I'm burning a little under 4000 cals per day, (which seems like a lot to me... perhaps the website is not accurate? But I don't really know), so by not eating, the weight will come off fatser then I thought. Thanks : )

Burn more fat exercising at higher intensities. The most important factor regarding reducing fat through exercise is not the percentage of energy coming from fat but the total energy cost or how many calories are burned during the activity.
