I have a washing machine from AEG that I bought in Europe some years ago. The AEG brand has now been bought by the Electrolux group and in Europe these brands are sold together, as far as I know. In Hong Kong, Electrolux agent has no idea what AEG is.

My washing machine is broken and I need it fixed urgently. No agent will provide the service so I would appreciate a referral to any person that provides service to fix washing machines - regardless of brand.

Any help really appreciated!
