Hey all,
Does anyone know what time does the HK Stock market closes for lunch time?
Basically I want to know what time shares are not traded at.

That's OK. A couple of useful resources for this kind of information is www.google.com - which is a search engine, you just type in relevant words such as "Hong Kong stock exchange trading hours" - and Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page) which is an online encyclopedia that has information on lots of things. If you do a search on Wikipedia for Hong Kong Stock Exchange, this will come up (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hong_Kong_Stock_Exchange). It has the trading hours plus a link to the official HKEX site.
It's always a good idea to bookmark the HKE website has it has lots of important info, although a lot of the investor education stuff is in Chinese only.
