I am looking to help a friend relocating and am looking for a good real estate agent in the philippines, can someone help ?

Can someone recommend ? where to live in Manila ? and why ?

Hi piganiol - I've sent you PM on a recommended agent. Totally reliable and knowledgeable; I've used him before to find rental housing in Manila.


As for where to live it really depends where your friend intends to work or spend most of his / her time...though many expats seem to prefer Makati or Ayala Alabang.

Where to live in Manila definitely depends on where you work as traffic is horrible. I lived and worked in Makati. The drive to work (about 2kms) before 8 am was usually ten minutes; the drive home might be as little as 20 minutes but has taken as long as 90 minutes.
