I am in the last stage of weaning and the last time I expressed was 3 days ago. My breasts don't feel full now. Do I still need to pump every 3 days, then every 4 days, and so on? When do I stop completely?

You do not need to pump anymore if your breasts don't feel full. You may continue to produce milk for quite some time so don't be alarmed. If you don't touch it will go away.
