You could do it yourself. Super easy. Just get a hammer and the 3M hooks from the supermarket or any hardware store. These are the only things that will go into the hard concrete walls of most HK apartments. Unless they are really big or long pictures one hook will do it which means you don't even need to line two up to make sure your picture is straight.
